Welcome back to our stalwarts and welcome to our newest members! We are looking forward to a great season!
Jordan Rivera is returning as our head coach this summer, and he, along with his two assistants Erin Gatti and Jordan Ray, is looking forward to greeting you all this week. That’s right this week—-the pool is open and swim team practices start tomorrow, Tuesday, May 31.

These are the meet starting times. You will get instructions regarding warm-ups for these meets as they approach, generally about 75 minutes in the advance of home meets, and about 60 minutes for away meets.
The 2011 Update of the Old Farm Swim Team Handbook is now available on line.
It is extremely important for us to know whether or not swimmers and their parents will be available at the meets. This is vital for both the preparation of lineups and the assignment of adult volunteers. Please let the team know about any meets for which a child or parent will not be available. See the website/handbook, but in general it is every Wednesday evening from 6/15 through and including 7/13, and every Saturday morning from 6/11 through and including 7/23. Also Sunday 7/10 and Sunday 7/17 for the relay carnivals. If you know in advance you will not be available on specific dates, please let us know by sending an email to email@example.com. For individual meets, we will also send out reminders for you to email us availability.
On Thursday, June 2nd, there will be a 30-minute parent meeting at 630pm immediately following afternoon practice. The coaches and reps will provide a quick overview of the season as well as answer questions. The Head Coach and reps will be available afterwards to answer additional questions. We encourage new swim team parents to attend and welcome all parents to attend.
Looking forward to a fabulous season!
Gail, Jill, Griff, Kathi and Jay
