Old Farm Swim & Dive Teams

There will be a number of changes in our swim team program this year which we expect will strengthen the social and team building/leadership aspects of it, making it an even more rewarding experience for the kids. We will have an expanded coaching staff, led by our new head coach, Malka Ostchega. Malka brings a weakth of experience and talent with her and we are certain that our swim team members will enjoy working with her.

We also have joined as a charter member of a new "B" League with a number of pools that are nearby and much closer in size to ours. This will afford us the opportunity to not only have shorter Wednesday night meets, but also to do a number of format changes which should improve the overall experience to those meets individually and collectively for the participants.

Our Dive Team also has much excitement for the 2007 season. We are thrilled to have Michael Jasper join us as Dive Team Coach, and Sam Follit will be our Assistant Dive Team Coach. We plan to expand the dive team to include a pre-team. This will allow us to host two additional dive meets so that our young divers will have an opportunity to show off their skills.
