Water aerobics is an exercise program for all ages. If you are a member of the Old Farm Pool, don’t miss this exciting opportunity to try a free class this Thursday, June 28th at 7:30PM! Non-members can participate for a drop-in fee of $10.
This water fitness program is provided by the Wet yet? Water Fitness Company. Classes are held for 45 minutes in water that is chest-deep and provide a low-impact but challenging cardiovascular workout. Participants will exercise to music and perform a variety of motions including water walking and running, abdominal work and toning exercises. This class is designed to burn fat and increase cardiovascular fitness, range of motion and muscle tone.
