Dive Team Registration

This is a test of a possible new form for registering for dive team this year.

Welcome to the 2019 Season.  We would like you to register electronically this year and pay electronically if you can.  Here are some instructions.  Let us know if you have any problems at diveteam@oldfarmpool.org

• Print waiver here and bring to the first day of practice: 2019 Dive Team Waiver
