Each summer Old Farm provides a venue for a variety of private parties on our deck. From birthday parties, retirement or family gatherings, we have space available on the pool deck for our members to host these special events. Typically, tables are available to the left of the pavilion and closer to the drink machines. We do require reservation fees to reserve a table or tables as well as guest fees for non-members. Tables can be reserved for $10/hour per table. Non-member guest fees are $7.00 per person.
Here are the instructions for reserving your space.
- Check the ONLINE CALENDAR to make sure the date is available.
- Complete Private Party Reservation Form. You may fill out the form online and email it or you can print it and drop off at the Front Desk of the pool. Additionally, there are paper copies of the reservation form available to fill out at the Front Desk. If you have special instructions, please write them on the form.
- Pay for the Reservation. Click here and you will be directed to an online site where you can pay for your reservation. You will select the number of tables reserved as well as the number of guest fees needed for non-members. If you do not know the exact number of non-member guests, take an educated guess. Once the party is over, you can settle-up at the guard desk.
