Early Bird ENDS: March 16

GUARANTEED Membership ENDS: April 1

Waitlist Opens: April 2

For those of you on the waitlist, you will see our membership list blast emails. Feel free to skim and get an idea of the timeline and process ahead. Waitlist offer emails will begin the first week of April

If you are a current member, you will always have an annual membership available as long as you register within the designated registration period. Once the window ends for current members to register, we will begin opening up membership for those who are on the waitlist and accept registrations until we reach our cap. Per the bylaws, waitlist priority will be given to families that live within the neighborhoods Old Farm Pool serves.

If you have neighbors who are interested in joining the pool, regardless of where they live, we recommend they join the waitlist as soon as possible (www.oldfarmpool.org). There is no cost to register and no commitment so tell your neighbors not to wait until their children get into kindergarten to sign up.

Neighborhood pool waitlists are common in our area and this shows the health of the Old Farm Pool community. The board will assess the membership situation each year and adjust as necessary; member feedback is appreciated (membership@oldfarmpool.org).

Other highlights and notes

  • All paid accounts will receive 5 guest passes by opening day. Any remaining 2024 guest passes will remain on your account as well.
  • Please let membership know if you would like to make changes to your account type (temporary to continuing, couple to family, family to sustaining, inactive season, etc.). You may be eligible for a sustaining membership if you paid the initiation in 2010 or earlier (AND will have no children on your account). Be sure to request any changes before paying annual dues.
  • Please remember we do not use membership cards; therefore, you must have a picture in the system. You will be prompted to upload missing photos before making a payment.
  • While we hope that you enjoy the pool for years to come, we understand that plans change. If you know you will not be returning to the pool, it will help us, and your waiting neighbors, to know this in advance of registration season. Please keep us posted at membership@oldfarmpool.org if you are moving away or making other changes.
