Triathlon specific coached swim clinics for adult athletes of all levels and advanced junior swimmers! Build endurance, speed and power in the water so you feel fresh heading out for the bike! Each class will include a warm up, drills & skills, a main set and finish with triathlon specific trainings. Pack swimming, deep water starts, drafting, buoy turns are just a few examples. Athletes will not only get in a great swim workout, but also practice skills that will make them comfortable and competitive in the open water with other swimmers. Private sessions are great for perfecting your stroke, obtaining specific drills, or for learning the basics. These can be individual or divided among two friends of similar swim abilities.

Triathlon is an individual sport that lasts a lifetime! Youth & Junior athletes (7-17) will develop skills in swimming, biking and running, as well as learn about overall health, fitness and nutrition. Triathlon can be a competitive sport, or a sport just for fun! Our club participates in a few local races that kids love!
